MANILA — Unioil Philippines’ forecast that motorists should expect minimal fuel price decrease this week starts Tuesday, 09 March.
“Diesel should go down by ₱0.40 to ₱0.50 per liter. Gasoline should go down by ₱0.10 per liter,” it says.
Before the price rollback, gasoline prices increased for five consecutive weeks totaling ₱4.05 per liter.
Diesel and kerosene prices increased in four successive weeks and totaled ₱4.15 per liter and ₱3.90 per liter, respectively.
This brings the year-to-date adjustments stand at a net increase of ₱6.20 per liter for gasoline, ₱5.70 per liter for diesel and ₱5.05 per liter for kerosene. (JSM/JuanManila)
